Socket/TCP 也有数据粘包、拆包问题

写过一个 C/S 架构的程序，发现数据在传输、接收过程中存在和串口通信一样的问题：粘包、拆包。速度快了之后更加严重，网上百度知道是因为网络堵塞、延迟等原因造成的。

所以要解决这样的问题，还是要在 C 和 S 端建立通讯协议。
